Our call out charge is £20, this will be deducted from the final bill if over £100.
From our experience working with small business we found that our "IT Support Contract" is all you need, knowing that help is at hand when most needed. We are currently running this as an offer. You will get Two hour phone support calls (maximum 3 calls) and ONE site visit lasting TWO hours for only £60 monthly (Direct debt) and no tie-in period.
